Description

A damaged section of 1-inch garden hose can be bridged with the Bradas LE-2112: cut out the defective section and connect the two remaining ends with the repair connector. The clamp on both sides holds hoses with an internal diameter of approximately 25 mm. It can also be used to extend two compatible hose sections.

Replace a damaged hose section

First shut off the water supply and depressurise the hose. Cut out the damaged section to create two clean hose ends. Push these onto the two fittings of the connector.

Clamping with two union nuts

The union nuts tighten the clamps around the hose. Installation is by hand, without separate hose clips. After reopening the water supply, check the completed connection for secure fit and leaks.
