The angled hose connector creates a 90° change of direction and supports orderly hose routing around corners, beds and raised beds.

Use a compatible hose

The connector is intended for compatible 20 mm irrigation hoses. Check the hose type and connection before installation. A garden hose or PE pipe with a similar measurement is not automatically compatible.

Tool-free installation

Push the compatible hose ends onto both connection sides of the connector. No tools are required for the intended installation.

Frequently asked questions

When is an angled connector useful?

At a tight right-angled corner where bending the line would cause it to kink. A sufficiently large bend permitted by the hose manufacturer can also be made without an additional fitting.

Can I split two lines?

This angled connector joins two line ends around a corner. A compatible T-piece is required for an additional branch.

Will every hose marked 20 mm fit?

No. The hose type and push-fit connection must also be compatible with the measurement. A matching measurement on an ordinary garden hose or another pipe system is not sufficient.

How should I prepare for installation?

Depressurise the line. Cut the hose ends cleanly and squarely, then push them onto both connection sides. Check the connection afterwards at the pressure permitted for the system.

Must I drain the line in winter?

Yes. Remove water from the irrigation line before frost. No water should remain trapped in bends or lower sections of the line.
