Control two lines separately

Both outlets can be opened and closed independently. When used simultaneously, the available water flow is divided between the connected lines; pressure and flow depend on the overall system.

Connection and operation

The connection is a 1-inch female thread with a 3/4-inch reducer. Threads, seals and couplings must suit the specific installation. The valve has the black/orange Black Line design.

How does the distributor fit a 3/4- or 1-inch tap?

Use the reducer for a compatible 3/4-inch tap. Without the reducer, the 1-inch female thread is available. Check the threads and seals for clean, correct seating before screwing it on.

Can I operate both hoses at the same time?

Yes. The available water flow is then divided between both lines. The performance of a lawn sprinkler or spray head depends on the supply, hoses and equipment.

Can one hose remain open while the other is closed?

Yes. Both outlets have their own shut-off lever. The second hose can remain connected while only the first is being used.

Can an irrigation timer be screwed directly onto an outlet?

The outlets have plug-in connections for compatible hose couplings. An irrigation timer with a thread requires a suitable adaptor; it cannot be screwed on directly simply because it is specified as 3/4 inch.

Can the distributor remain on the tap over winter?

Unscrew it from the tap before frost and drain it completely. Store it dry and protected from frost so that residual water does not damage the valves and housing.
