Tile cutter with 60 cm cutting length and twin-rail guide

The cutting wheel is guided evenly along the tile surface. The breaking mechanism then separates the tile along the score line. The maximum straight cutting length is 600 mm and the maximum ceramic tile thickness is 14 mm. For breaking, use the position at the start of the guide specified in the instructions.

Round openings from 30 to 80 mm

Set the hole cutter at the required position. A hand crank scores the circular outline, after which the cut-out section is pushed out with the ejector. The function is designed for hole diameters from 30 to 80 mm.

Manual operation without power

The tool works without a power or water connection. Remove tile fragments after use and clean the guides and cutting wheel in particular. Replace a damaged or worn wheel with a suitable original spare part; the wheel dimensions are 16 × 6 × 3 mm.

Which tiles can I cut with this manual cutter?

The model is intended for ceramic tiles up to 14 mm thick and straight cuts up to 600 mm. For particularly hard coverings such as porcelain stoneware, check suitability for the specific material beforehand. Natural stone and other materials require a cutting tool expressly designed for them.

Can I cut a 60 × 60 cm square diagonally?

No. The 600 mm straight cutting length is sufficient for a straight 60 cm cut, but not for the diagonal of a 60 × 60 cm square. This would require a cutting path of approximately 85 cm.

How can I achieve a clean break edge?

Align the tile on the clean support and prevent it from slipping. Score it with even pressure and then break it at the specified position. Practise on a spare tile first. Wear safety goggles and suitable gloves when cutting and breaking.

Which hole diameters can the hole cutter make?

The integrated hole cutter covers diameters from 30 to 80 mm, for example for pipe penetrations. Measure the required opening on the component to be installed and ensure sufficient distance from the tile edge.
