Holding power depends on the soil, insertion depth, pulling direction and load. If the point meets a stone, do not force the peg further; choose another suitable fixing point. The peg is not a rock anchor. Check for underground cables or irrigation hoses before hammering.

Frequently asked questions

How are the ground pegs installed?

The pointed pegs can be hammered into suitable soil with a hammer. The angled head serves as the striking surface.

How long are the pegs?

Each ground peg is 200 mm long.

How many ground pegs are in the pack?

The pack contains 50 pieces.

Are the pegs suitable for rocky ground?

They are not intended for solid rock. In stony soil, choose a position without a larger obstruction. A pre-drilled hole alone does not guarantee secure anchoring.

Does the coating protect against corrosion?

The coating reduces direct contact between the steel and moisture. Damage caused during installation and aggressive soils can impair the protection. Clean and dry the pegs after use and inspect them before reuse.

What are the 200 mm ground pegs suitable for?

They are suitable, among other uses, for securing tents, tarpaulins, ground covers and garden elements.

Can I reuse the ground pegs?

Yes, provided they are undamaged and sufficiently straight. Remove soil after extraction and check the head, point and coating. Replace severely bent or corroded pegs.
