Description

The Bradas SUNFLEX garden hose has an internal diameter of 25 mm and is designed for watering tasks requiring a larger hose cross-section. Its 3-layer construction combines a black PVC inner layer, a stabilising synthetic-fibre cross braid and a yellow outer layer made from transparent flexible PVC. The hose is available in lengths of 20, 30 and 50 m.

Three-layer construction for watering

The black PVC inner layer blocks light and thereby inhibits algae growth inside the hose. The synthetic-fibre cross braid stabilises the three-layer construction; pressure resistance is 7 bar. The outer layer is yellow transparent flexible PVC. Lay the hose without kinks and do not pull it over sharp edges.

Choosing the right length and connections

Various hose lengths are available: 20, 30 or 50 m. Couplings and fittings suitable for a 25 mm hose are required for connection. The tap connection must also match the existing tap thread.

Frequently asked questions

Which fittings are suitable for this hose?

You need couplings and fittings for a 1-inch or 25 mm hose internal diameter. The tap connection must match the tap thread.

Which hose lengths are available?

The SUNFLEX garden hose is available in 20 m, 30 m and 50 m lengths.

How is the hose constructed?

It consists of a black PVC inner layer, a synthetic-fibre cross braid and a yellow outer layer made from transparent flexible PVC.

Is the hose supplied with couplings?

No. The hose is supplied without couplings.

When is a 1-inch garden hose worthwhile?

With higher water demand or longer supply runs, the 25 mm cross-section can reduce pressure losses compared with a narrower hose. The actual available water flow also depends on the water source, length and fittings. Several sprinklers require their combined demand to be met.
