The Bradas IBC ball valve screws onto a compatible container outlet with a male thread via its S75x6 female thread. The outlet has an S60x6 male thread and a plug. The lever opens and closes the valve with a quarter turn; intermediate positions restrict the flow.

Check the matching threads

Before installation, the threads on the container and existing accessories must match S75x6 and S60x6 respectively. The asymmetrical trapezoidal thread is designed for the corresponding IBC connection; mismatched threads cannot be connected safely.

Control the flow and close the outlet

The ball valve moves from open to closed with a quarter turn. Compatible adapters can be connected to the S60x6 outlet, or the outlet can be sealed with the plug.

Installation and suitable medium

Empty the container before replacing a tank valve. Clean the threads and sealing surfaces and check them for damage. For media other than irrigation water, the compatibility of the complete valve, including seals, with the substance, concentration and temperature must be confirmed.
