Description

Prepare the seals

Remove dirt from the seal and allow the surface to dry. Apply the conditioner evenly with the sponge. Remove excess product so that it does not reach adjacent surfaces.

Care, not repair

The conditioner helps maintain supple rubber seals. Torn or damaged seals must be repaired or replaced; a care treatment does not seal such damage.

Storage and safety

Caution. H226: Flammable liquid and vapour. Keep away from naked flames and do not smoke. Store in a cool, well-ventilated place. Keep out of reach of children.

Do the seals need to be cleaned before treatment?

Yes. Remove dirt and moisture first so that the conditioner can spread across the seal. Do not drag the sponge over coarse grains of sand.

Can I use it to release a frozen door?

The pen is for rubber care and is not a de-icer. Do not force open a frozen door, as this could tear the seal.

Does the product help with leaking or torn seals?

It can condition rubber, but it does not repair tears or deformed seals. If water is entering, first check the cause and condition of the seal.

Should I leave the bottle permanently in a hot car?

Store the product in a cool, well-ventilated place and protect it from ignition sources. A vehicle that becomes very hot in summer is not suitable for permanent storage.
