Description

Guiding around walls and corners

The hose guide can be mounted on a flat wall surface or at a 90-degree corner. The rollers guide the hose over the edge and reduce direct contact with the wall.

Four rotating rollers

Each of the four rollers rotates around its fixed axle while the hose is pulled between them. Plan the route so that the hose approaches and leaves the guide in a sufficiently wide curve. This prevents tight bends directly before or behind the holder.

Mounting and fixing

Fixing pins are included. Which additional wall plugs or screws are required depends on the wall material. Choose a sound fixing point and install it so that it can withstand the pull produced when the hose is moved.

Hose compatibility

The guide is intended for standard ½- and ¾-inch garden hoses. Check the actual outside diameter: the hose must pass through the opening without being crushed. Larger couplings may need to be removed before threading the hose through.

Frequently asked questions

Can the guide be mounted at a 90-degree corner?

Yes. The product is intended for a flat wall surface or a 90-degree corner.

Are fixing pins included?

Yes, fixing pins are included. Depending on the wall material, suitable wall plugs or screws may also be required. The fixing must withstand the pull produced when the hose is moved.

Which hose sizes is the guide suitable for?

It is intended for standard 1/2- and 3/4-inch garden hoses. The actual outside diameter and opening size are also decisive.

How can I prevent kinks before the hose guide?

Align the guide with the planned hose route and leave enough space on both sides for a wide curve. A kinked or twisted hose will not be straightened by the rollers alone.

Can a fitted hose coupling pass through the opening?

This depends on the coupling size. Consider both the hose and connectors when planning. If the coupling is too large, it must be removed for threading.
