Description

The mitre box guides a suitable fine saw through pre-machined angled slots, helping produce clean cuts without a power saw. Depending on the version, different internal dimensions and cutting angles are available. The box is suitable for timber mouldings, skirting boards, cable trunking, profiles and similar workpieces made from wood or plastic.

Choose the version to suit the workpiece

The 233 mm version has internal dimensions H × L × W of 56 × 233 × 53 mm and offers 22.5°, 45° and 90°. The larger version has internal dimensions H × L × W of 85 × 280 × 85 mm and is designed for 45° and 90° cuts.

Sawing at guided angles

A suitable fine saw or backsaw is required for use. The saw blade thickness must match the guide slots. The workpiece and mitre box should be securely fixed while sawing.
