Description

Cofra LISSOM work gloves have a one-piece goat leather palm with no seam in the grip area. The soft, supple leather supports a dry grip on tools and equipment. The elastic polyester back is breathable and mechanically durable. A cotton rib-knit cuff provides a secure fit at the wrist. The model is available in sizes 8 to 11 and is suitable for assembly, logistics, maintenance, and gardening and landscaping.

Seamless goat leather palm

The palm is made from one piece of goat leather. As a result, there is no seam in the grip area, which can help prevent pressure points and blistering during prolonged wear. Increased thumb mobility supports controlled gripping.

Materials and mechanical protection

The elastic polyester back supports ventilation, while the cotton rib-knit cuff keeps the glove secure at the wrist. EN 388: 2132 means abrasion 2, cut resistance in the Coup test 1, tear resistance 3 and puncture resistance 2. A high tear-resistance value does not replace suitable cut protection for sharp sheet metal.

Frequently asked questions

What does the seamless palm mean?

The palm is made from a single piece of goat leather. This means there is no disruptive seam in the grip area.

What protection values does the glove have?

EN 388: 2132 means abrasion 2, Coup-test cut resistance 1, tear resistance 3 and puncture resistance 2. The four-digit marking contains no TDM cut-resistance class from A to F.

What work is this model suitable for?

For dry assembly, transport and maintenance work involving mechanical stresses appropriate to the marking. Do not wear gloves near freely rotating machine parts where there is a risk of entanglement.

Are the gloves suitable for wet work?

The LISSOM gloves are optimised for a dry grip. Use gloves specifically suitable for wet work.

How should I choose and care for the leather gloves?

Choose them according to hand circumference and the manufacturer's size chart. Fingers should remain mobile without material bunching in the palm. Wipe leather gloves with a damp cloth, allow them to air-dry and do not machine-wash them.
