The VERTO general-purpose axe with a 1,500 g head is designed for more demanding woodworking and splitting larger logs. The fibreglass handle supports two-handed use. In addition to splitting, the universal blade shape is suitable for branch removal and other heavy garden work. A PTFE-coated cutting edge and rubberised grip complete the specification.
