Description

The Karasto circular sprinkler from Bradas waters large lawns, orchards and sports grounds in a full circle. The brass sprinkler head rotates through 360°, while a chrome-steel jet interrupter screw affects the throw distance and droplet size. The 3/4-inch male thread allows installation on a suitable tripod or compatible pipework. The sprinkler is made in Spain.

Adjust the range to the water pressure

At 2.5 bar, the watering diameter is approximately 29 m; at 5.5 bar, up to 35.05 m is possible. The radius is half the diameter in each case. Flow pressure and water volume measured directly at the sprinkler are decisive. Long or narrow supply lines and wind can reduce the area reached.

Regulate the jet and droplets

The chrome-steel jet interrupter screw interrupts the water jet and thereby reduces the throw distance. It also affects droplet formation, allowing the water application to be adapted to different plantings.

Frequently asked questions

Which connection is required?

The sprinkler has a 3/4-inch male thread and can be connected to a suitable tripod or compatible pipework.

What range is possible?

At 2.5 bar, the diameter is approximately 29 m; at 5.5 bar, up to 35.05 m is possible.

How is the throw distance adjusted?

The throw distance is reduced using the chrome-steel jet interrupter screw. This also changes the droplet size.

What is the water consumption?

The flow rate is 25.3 l/min at 2.5 bar and 37.3 l/min at 5.5 bar.

Can the sprinkler water a sector?

This model waters a complete 360° circle. Choose a sector sprinkler for a limited arc.
