Description

The 25 m water level transfers height levels over longer distances, through rooms and around corners. The communicating-vessels principle requires neither a battery nor a direct line of sight between measuring points. The measuring tubes with 150 mm scales support reading the height difference during foundation work, terrace construction, formwork and general level transfer.

Hydrostatic level transfer

Fill the hose without air bubbles and avoid kinks. Hold both measuring tubes upright and vent them before reading. Read only once the water levels have settled. Compare the same point of the meniscus at eye level at both ends; 150 mm refers to the scale length, not a guaranteed measuring accuracy.

Battery-free design

The flexible hose is 25 m long and has a diameter of 10 mm. The measuring tubes are each 220 mm long and have a 150 mm scale. The device works without a battery and is suitable for measurements without a continuous line of sight.
