Description

The NEO Tools panoramic safety goggles are designed for work involving mechanical particles. Clear polycarbonate lenses, a close-fitting rubber frame and an adjustable elastic headband combine coverage with a secure fit. Perforated side sections support air circulation.

Side eye protection

The panoramic design covers the eyes, including the side areas. The lenses are made from clear polycarbonate and are assigned resistance class B under EN 166.

Fit and ventilation

The soft rubber frame fits closely against the face. The elastic headband can be adjusted continuously. Perforated side sections support air circulation but do not prevent fogging in all conditions.

Frequently asked questions

What does resistance class B mean?

Resistance class B under EN 166 denotes a standardised mechanical impact test with particles travelling at up to 120 m/s. It does not provide blanket approval for every particle type or process.

Can the goggles be worn over prescription glasses?

Whether prescription glasses fit underneath depends on their size and shape. They must not impair the fit or protective performance of the panoramic goggles.

Does the ventilation prevent all fogging?

The perforated side sections support air circulation but do not prevent fogging in all conditions.

Are the goggles suitable for chemical work?

EN 166 resistance class B describes mechanical impact testing. It does not generally establish suitability for chemical hazards or splashes.

How are the goggles cleaned?

Clean with lukewarm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth.
