Description

The NEO Tools mixing paddle connects to a suitable power tool via an SDS-Plus shank and reaches deep buckets and tubs with its 600 mm shaft. Depending on the version, the mixing diameter is 100 or 120 mm. It is intended for suitable paints, varnishes, glazes, wallpaper paste, tile adhesive, render and mortar mixes.

Choose the right size

The 100 mm diameter is suitable for narrower containers and smaller mixing quantities. The 120 mm version covers more material per operation and therefore requires a sufficiently powerful drive and a container with enough space.

SDS-Plus shank and cleaning

Use rotary mode only, without the hammer function. The drive must be suitable for the paddle diameter, mixing material and quantity. Disconnect the paddle from the drive before cleaning. Remove water-soluble residues promptly with water; for other materials, follow the cleaning instructions of the material manufacturer. Dry afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

Will the paddle fit every drill?

The machine needs a compatible SDS-Plus holder and must be designed for mixing work with this diameter. Work without the hammer function. A standard keyed or keyless chuck does not directly accept the shank as intended.

Which diameters are available?

The paddle is available with a mixing diameter of 100 or 120 mm.

Can the paddle mix concrete?

General suitability for concrete cannot be confirmed. For heavy or coarse mixes, the paddle and drive must be expressly designed for them.

How should the paddle be cleaned after use?

Disconnect it from the drive before cleaning. Remove water-soluble residues before they harden. For solvent-based paints or other mixing materials, follow their cleaning instructions; water is not necessarily sufficient.
