Description

NEO Tools 64-020 replacement blades are designed for compatible utility knives using 18 mm snap-off blades. The steel blades have a titanium-coated cutting edge and are 0.5 mm thick. They are suitable for cutting paper, cardboard and film, as well as comparable cutting work with a utility knife. One pack contains ten segmented blades.

Renew the cutting edge section by section

When the front cutting edge becomes blunt, the used segment can be removed at the snap-off line. This provides a fresh cutting edge without immediately replacing the entire blade.

Match the 18 mm width and 0.5 mm thickness

In addition to blade width, check the holder and locking mechanism of your utility knife. The replacement blade must be guided and locked securely. Follow the knife instructions before changing the blade.

Cut paper, cardboard and film

Use a suitable cutting mat to protect the work surface. Extend the blade only as far as required for the material thickness, and keep your free hand out of the cutting line. The titanium coating does not replace correct blade guidance.
