Description

Control two outlets independently

Each outlet can be shut off and adjusted continuously using its rotary lever. Both can be open at the same time. The available water is divided between the connected outlets; the pressure does not automatically halve. Line lengths and water demand affect the supply.

Connection with 1/2- and 3/4-inch threads

The valve has a 1/2-inch female thread and a screw-on 3/4-inch adapter. Actual compatibility depends on the male thread and design of the existing tap.

For irrigation lines

The two outlets are intended for hoses or irrigation lines. The matching click connectors must fit the relevant hose coupling.

Frequently asked questions

Does the splitter fit a 1/2- or 3/4-inch tap?

Yes, for suitable taps with a 1/2- or 3/4-inch male thread. The splitter has a 1/2-inch female thread; the 3/4-inch adapter is included. Check the thread and available space on the tap before purchase.

Can both outlets be used at the same time?

Yes. Both outlets can be opened independently. The available water must be sufficient for both consumers; high total demand may reduce flow pressure.

Can a garden hose be connected?

Yes, the outlets are intended for suitable 1/2-inch click connectors or compatible hose couplings.

What should I do in frosty conditions?

Before frost, remove the valve, drain it completely and store it somewhere frost-free, as freezing water may damage the housing.

Can I connect an irrigation timer?

Generally yes, with suitable connectors and sufficient space. The outlets have click connections; an irrigation timer with a threaded connection may require a suitable adapter. Do not load the connection with a heavy, freely hanging device.
