The Climax 405 C welding helmet has a shell made from glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide. The contour band and cross strap are adjustable; the replaceable welding glass measures 110 × 90 mm.

Adjustment and comfort

The contour band is adjusted using a wing nut. The cross strap is length-adjustable. Two padded cushions on the contour band complete the equipment.

Helmet shell and viewing window

The glass-fibre-reinforced polyamide shell covers the face and neck. The welding glass, measuring 110 × 90 mm, is replaceable. The appropriate shade level depends on the welding process and current strength.
