Frequently asked questions

How warm is the jacket really?

That depends on layering: the jacket handles the weather, while the shirt and midlayer underneath regulate temperature. That keeps you flexible from autumn to spring.

Is the jacket waterproof?

It's designed for working weather and reliably keeps out wind and light moisture. For sustained rain, a dedicated rain jacket goes on top.

How do I wash the jacket properly?

Close all fasteners, turn it inside out and wash at a moderate temperature – without fabric softener. The water-repellent finish can be refreshed with a spray after several washes.

How should the jacket fit?

Loose enough for a jumper underneath, without riding up when you reach overhead. Adjustable cuffs and hem help you dial in the fit cleanly.

Does the jacket work for leisure too?

Modern work jackets have long been everyday-friendly – many people wear them all the time. The toughness and pockets are just as practical in private life.
