At 1 bar, each emitter delivers 1.6 L/h. The working pressure ranges from 0.5–3.5 bar and the wall thickness is 1.0 mm. Over 100 m, there are approximately 300 emitters.

Material and installation

The UV-resistant material is suitable for above-ground installation. The construction helps prevent roots and soil entering the emitters. The stated chemical resistance is not blanket approval for any fertiliser or cleaning product; check the compatibility of such additions separately.

Filtration and connection

Provide filtration of at least 120 mesh upstream and clean the filter regularly. Use suitable connectors for this 16 mm drip irrigation hose. Working pressure, line length, changes in elevation and total water requirement must be considered during planning.

Set watering time according to the soil

Frequently asked questions

Is the water flow automatically the same along all 100 metres?

No. Pressure losses and changes in elevation can alter the flow. The roll length does not guarantee uniform watering from a single 100 m line in every installation.

Why does the hose need a filter?

Sand and suspended particles can block the narrow labyrinth passages. Provide at least 120 mesh filtration and clean the filter regularly; filtration does not replace system maintenance.

What water quantity matters for planning?

With 33 cm spacing, the roll has approximately 300 emitters. The stated flow rate is 1.6 L/h per emitter at 1 bar. For sizing, allow for all emitters operating at the same time.

Can I lay the hose directly on the bed?
