Description

The Bradas BIRD NET bird protection netting protects fruit and plants from bird damage. The 8 × 8 m net has diamond-shaped 19 × 19 mm mesh. It weighs 7 g/m² and is UV-resistant.

Net size and coverage required

The net covers 64 m² when laid flat. When spanning plants or tree canopies, some of this area is needed for height and side fastening. The actual ground area covered is therefore smaller.

Mesh and sunlight

The 19 × 19 mm mesh allows light and rain through. The net is designed for bird protection and is not fine-mesh insect netting. Its UV-resistant construction is intended for outdoor use.

Install tautly and check regularly

Stretch the bird netting with clearance from the fruit and secure it firmly around the edges. Avoid loose loops and check the net regularly for damage and trapped animals.
