Description

Three-layer construction

The outer layer consists of 94% polyester and 6% elastane with a fabric weight of 160 g/m². The windproof membrane and 150 g/m² micro-fleece lining complete the three-layer construction. The total fabric weight is 310 g/m².

Features for everyday work

The Ezee-Zip fastening with large zip pull is easy to operate. Zipped side pockets, a concealed phone pocket, elasticated cuffs, a curved back hem and an adjustable drawcord at the hem complete the practical features.

Hi-vis protection and sizes

Segmented HiVisTex Pro reflective strips improve visibility. In size XS, the jacket is classified as Class 2 under EN ISO 20471; from size S onwards it is Class 3. It is available in yellow and orange, in sizes XS to 6XL.

Is the jacket suitable for heavy rain?

The softshell fabric is water-repellent and windproof. Suitable rainwear is required for prolonged or heavy rain. Where hi-vis protection is mandatory, the outermost garment must also provide the required visibility; do not cover this jacket’s reflective areas.

Which hi-vis class applies to my size?

Size XS is Class 2 under EN ISO 20471. From size S onwards, the jacket is Class 3 under EN ISO 20471. Sizes XS to 6XL are available.

How should I care for the jacket?

Wash very gently at 30 °C; do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Hang to dry while dripping wet. The data sheet specifies a maximum of 50 wash cycles. Dirt and damage can impair protection sooner; check the condition and label regularly.

Can the Ezee-Zip be operated with gloves?

Yes. The Ezee-Zip fastening makes gripping and closing easier when wearing work gloves. Ensure that no lining or garment underneath is caught.

How do I choose a size for additional clothing layers?

Compare the size chart with your body measurements and allow for the clothing planned underneath. The jacket must close fully without pulling when bending or raising your arms. Also consider the different hi-vis class of XS and the larger sizes.
