Cotton knit with PVC coating

The textile backing material is made from 100% cotton. The outside has a PVC coating with additional granules in the grip area. The red glove continues into a blue PVC sleeve.

Long sleeves with elastic cord

The sleeve end can be secured to the arm with the elastic cord. The total length of 60 cm includes the glove and sleeve together. How far the sleeve reaches up the arm depends on body measurements; when trying them on, check freedom of movement and a fit without constriction.

Choose mechanical protection to suit the task

The EN 388 marking with code 4121 and EN 420 concern mechanical and general requirements for protective gloves. They do not authorise use with a particular acid, alkali or other chemical. Before such use, check the specific substance resistance and permitted contact time.

Is the sleeve alone 60 cm long?

No. The 60 cm refers to the total length of the glove and sleeve. Arm coverage therefore also depends on hand and arm length.

Are the gloves suitable for every chemical?

No. PVC as a material and EN 388 alone do not demonstrate resistance to a specific substance. Suitable resistance data for the substance, concentration and contact time are required.

What do the four digits 4121 mean?

In this order, they represent the performance levels achieved for abrasion resistance, cut resistance in the circular-blade test, tear resistance and puncture resistance according to EN 388.

How do I clean the gloves after work?

Rinse off ordinary water-soluble dirt with water and allow the gloves to dry completely. In the event of hazardous-substance contact, follow the applicable decontamination and disposal requirements; simply rinsing them is not automatically sufficient. Replace damaged gloves.
