The TAMS solid-rubber wheel in size 3.00-4 is suitable as a replacement wheel for sack trucks, transport trolleys and similar equipment. With an external diameter of 260 mm, it is a suitable replacement size for many sack trucks and transport trolleys. Check the existing axle before selecting a wheel, as three combinations of bore diameter and hub width are available.

Fitting and choosing a variant

Measure both the diameter of the existing axle and the required hub width. The available options are 20 × 75 mm, 25 × 75 mm and 20 × 85 mm. Both measurements must match for the wheel to fit correctly.

Solid-rubber tyre characteristics

As the wheel has no air filling or valve, it does not need inflating. The solid-rubber tyre is intended for robust use on asphalt, concrete, paving and compacted gravel, but absorbs bumps less effectively than a pneumatic tyre. It cannot lose air, but damage to the tread, rim or bearing is still possible. Check the fastening regularly.
