Description

Material and construction

The main fabric is 100% cotton at 240 g/m². The knee areas are reinforced with Oxford 300D; triple stitching improves stability at high-stress points.

Pockets and features

The trousers have four pockets in total: one back pocket, two side pockets and one ruler pocket. A D-ring keeps keys close at hand. The elasticated waist is adjustable; reflective elements are positioned at the front and back.

Sizes and care

The grey trousers are available in S to 3XL. Compatible knee pads are inserted from above and held in the pockets with hook-and-loop fastening. Allow enough room for the pads when choosing a size. Wash at 30 °C, do not bleach and do not tumble dry.

Which knee pads fit?

The pads must match the shape and size of the knee-pad pockets. They are inserted from above and held with hook-and-loop fastening. Knee pads are not included.

Where can I carry a rule?

There is a dedicated rule pocket. Two side pockets and one back pocket complete the layout of four pockets in total.

Are these cotton trousers suitable as welding trousers?

Pure cotton alone does not establish suitability for welding or flying sparks. EN ISO 13688 describes general requirements for protective clothing; correctly marked welding protective clothing is required for such work.

How do I adjust the waist?

An elasticated section at the waist helps with adjustment. When trying them on, also sit down and squat to ensure the trousers do not pull during these movements.

How do I care for the trousers?

Wash at 30 °C according to the care label, do not bleach and do not tumble dry. Empty the pockets and remove the knee pads first.
