The Bradas WL-2199 connects a tap with a male thread to the standard push-fit system used for garden watering. The tap connector has a 1-inch female thread and a reducer insert for 3/4 inch.

One tap connector for two thread sizes

With the reducer fitted, the tap connector fits a 3/4-inch male thread. Without the reducer, the 1-inch female thread is used.

Connecting a hose with a push-fit connector

A compatible standard hose connector can click onto the plug-in nipple. When choosing the tap connector, the male thread on the tap is decisive, not the size of the connected garden hose.
