Construction and handling

The garden wire can be bent by hand and formed as required. Plants, tendrils and shoots can therefore be secured to trellis, espalier supports or fences. The soft PVC coating provides a softer contact surface than bare metal wire. Leave sufficient slack when tying so that the plant stem is not constricted.

The available options are 3 mm × 8 m, 4 mm × 6 m and 5 mm × 4 m. The millimetre figure describes the coated wire and the metre figure the roll length. When choosing, consider the space at the tie point and the required cut length; these figures do not indicate a specific load capacity.
