Description

The 2-point chin strap is intended for compatible industrial safety helmets with the appropriate attachment points. The polyamide webbing runs under the chin and can be adjusted continuously. A foam pad supports wearing comfort; the buckle is designed as a breakaway point with a stated release at approximately 150 N.

Attachment and adjustment

The strap is attached on both sides at the helmet rim and runs under the chin. The length can be adjusted using the slide buckle; the strap should fit securely without uncomfortable pressure.

Safety buckle

The plastic buckle opens under a tensile load of approximately 150 N. This allows the strap to open when subjected to the corresponding load.
