Frequently asked questions

Does 95 cm mean the reachable window height?

No, 95 cm is the maximum handle length. The reachable height also depends on your height, arm reach and safe standing position.

Why are streaks left after using the squeegee?

Dirt on the rubber blade, residue on the glass or a damaged blade can leave streaks. Clean the glass first, wipe the blade occasionally and check its condition.

How can I avoid scratching coated glass?

Remove sand and other hard particles completely before using the squeegee. For coated glass, also follow the glass manufacturer's care instructions and use only suitable cleaning products.

Can I use it to remove limescale in the shower?

The rubber blade removes water from the surface. Loosen stubborn limescale first using a method suitable for the glass; the squeegee does not replace this cleaning.
