W-type gripping jaws

The broad jaws provide a supporting surface when clamping sheet metal and suitable profiles. The plier body is made from hardened steel. Before working, check that the workpiece is secure and that the jaws have sufficient contact.

Adjustment and release

Use the adjustment screw to set the pliers to the workpiece, then lock them. Apply only as much clamping force as is needed to hold it securely. To open the pliers, operate the quick-release lever while securing the workpiece against falling.
