Description

The TAMS Flat Flow is a 1-layer layflat hose for conveying water and wastewater. Its flat design allows space-saving rolling after use. With a maximum working pressure of 1 bar, it is suitable for compatible low-pressure applications with submersible pumps, such as watering, drainage and pumping out in horticulture, agriculture and industry.

For low-pressure applications

Connect the hose to the pressure side of a suitable pump. Its maximum delivery pressure, including possible pressure peaks, must be compatible with the hose limit of 1 bar. Not every submersible pump remains below this level. Lay the hose as straight as possible and without kinks.

Material and operating conditions

PVC and synthetic rubber make the hose flexible. It is UV-resistant and designed for −25 to +60 °C. Resistance to acids or alkalis depends on the substance, concentration, temperature and contact time. Drain completely before frost; the temperature range does not prevent the conveyed water from freezing.
