The Bradas Black Line POWER JET tap connector fits a matching male thread on the tap via its 1-inch female thread. With the reducer, it can also be used on a 3/4-inch tap. The push-fit connection is designed for compatible POWER JET couplings.

Connect two tap thread sizes

The reducer changes the tap-side thread connection from 1 inch to 3/4 inch. It does not determine the hose diameter. Clean the threads and sealing surfaces before installation and choose the appropriate configuration.

POWER JET instead of a standard plug-in profile

The increased water passage belongs to the POWER JET plug-in system. Ordinary standard plug-in couplings do not fit directly. The actual available flow depends on the complete irrigation system.

Does the connector also fit a 3/4-inch tap?

Yes, with the supplied thread reducer. Without the reducer, the tap must have a suitable 1-inch male thread.

How can I identify 1 inch and 3/4 inch on the tap?

Measure the male thread: 1 inch is approximately 33.3 mm outside diameter and 3/4 inch approximately 26.5 mm. The thread design must also match.

Does a normal garden hose coupling fit?

A suitable POWER JET coupling is required at the plug-in outlet. Standard plug-in profiles are not directly compatible.

Does the reducer mean that a 3/4-inch hose is required?

No. The reducer concerns the tap thread. The hose diameter depends on the hose-side socket of the connected POWER JET coupling.
